DescriptionLight grey and white bands reflecting across a pale blue gradient, a mirror drawn in four layers. Quiet and abstract, which makes it a good neighbour on a wall of loud shields. Four layers, and the pale blue gradient is what gives the glass its tint.

How to Apply This Banner to a Shield
In Minecraft Java Edition, craft the underlying banner using the loom recipe above. Then, place a blank wooden shield and the crafted banner together in any crafting grid. The shield will inherit the banner's pattern. Need a shield first? See how to make a shield in Minecraft.
To summon the decorated shield directly using commands, select your Minecraft version in the command panel above and click Copy Command.
