DescriptionA cyan gradient on yellow with a red flower at the centre, two layers of pure colour. The cheapest shield in this half of the gallery, and it still reads clearly at range. Two layers, and the red flower is the only thing stopping it being a plain gradient.

How to Apply This Banner to a Shield
In Minecraft Java Edition, craft the underlying banner using the loom recipe above. Then, place a blank wooden shield and the crafted banner together in any crafting grid. The shield will inherit the banner's pattern. Need a shield first? See how to make a shield in Minecraft.
To summon the decorated shield directly using commands, select your Minecraft version in the command panel above and click Copy Command.
